Các bạn giải nén Kana Little Sister.rar rồi bên trong thư mục Kana Little Sister có file Kana Little Sister.iso. Các bạn mount file iso này ra ổ đĩa ảo rồi cài đặt.
Bên trong thư mục có file patch thì giải nén rồi copy vào trong thư mục cài đặt trong ổ C nhé.
